Dr. Analise Watson
Dr. Analise Watson grew up in Kempner, a small town in central Texas, where she spent much of her time on the soccer field. Her passion for sports and movement began early, as she found joy and peace in competition. This love for athletics led her to Angelo State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2019 while competing as a member of the Division II women’s soccer team. Despite facing injuries during her freshman and sophomore years, Dr. Watson persevered, regaining her strength to become team captain by her senior year. Her resilience earned her the Hollands Award for outstanding leadership and sportsmanship, and it ignited a passion for injury care and prevention.
Dr. Watson went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in 2023, where her dedication to mastering her craft was evident. She actively sought opportunities for growth, attending more than 15 seminars and workshops and dedicating countless hours to honing her skills in school clubs and hands-on training events. Her commitment to excellence continues today through professional development, including her certification in Dry Needling through the Eastern Medicine Institute and her upcoming training in Active Release Techniques in early 2025.
“Knowing what I do now, I realize that root issues like dysfunctional movement patterns and improper body mechanics are often overlooked or misunderstood. By retraining proper movement patterns and supporting natural healing processes, long-term results are absolutely achievable,“ she shares.
Drawing from her personal experiences and clinical expertise, Dr. Watson deeply understands the frustration that injuries and physical limitations can bring. She prioritizes personalized care, focusing on identifying and addressing the root cause of her patients’ issues. Her goal is to empower patients through education and provide long-lasting results while equipping them with tools to maintain their progress beyond the office.
Dr. Watson now resides in Keller, Texas, with her partner and their fur baby Remi. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new coffee shops, cooking new meals, strolling through farmers markets, hitting the gym, and enjoying local wine tastings.
